Happy Heart Day

Happy Valentine's Day! We celebrated this romantic holiday by getting a heart-shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's, some yummy red wine, and a delicious chocolate, hazelnut, mocha cake for dessert. I won the cake at a work fundraiser for United Way and all I can say is Mmmm....it was yummy and quite delicious. All of my favorites combined - chocolate, hazelnut, and mocha.

We even gave the girls a special Valentine's Day dinner (mixed some canned dog food with their usual dry kibble). They went nuts and licked their bowls clean. No dessert for them, but instead, we got them some new toys. Yes, we spoil them, but they are so darn cute and they deserve it!

Instead of cooking a fancy dinner or going out to an expensive restaurant, here is our yummy dinner...it was yummy
